House rules
Midterm bookings only. A lease must be signed before check-in, in addition to the reservation. Pets, parties and smoking are prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum €300 fee. A €1,000.00 security deposit is requested in advance and will be refunded in full to your credit card if no damage is found. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Check-in after 22:00 carries a €20 surcharge; check-in after 00:00 requires confirmation. Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator access. Grocery shops, boulangeries, bus stops and a train station are within a few minutes’ walk. Only one of the three stove burners currently works.
