Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. The open-plan living area has a convertible sofa bed, wide-screen smart TV and dining table for two. A private balcony has seating.
The bedroom has a queen bed with hotel-quality bedlinen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet; towels, toiletries and bedsheets are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, cutlery, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. Only one stove burner currently works; the other two are not functional. A washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, heating, Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace are available.
