House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Maximum one pet per stay; dangerous-breed animals are not accepted. The garden basin is not secured. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the full stay without replacement. End-of-stay cleaning costs €140 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, by card pre-authorisation. Optional linen: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to communicate the arrival time and arrange key handover. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
