The house

The 130 m² house has four upstairs bedrooms: three with a queen bed (160 × 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 × 190 cm). One queen-bedroom is an en-suite. There is a second shower room, separate WC upstairs and another WC downstairs. The open kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and two filter/Nespresso coffee makers. The living area has a sofa and television. A washing machine is in the garage, and a beach-return shower is available. The 700 m² plot includes a garden, terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. A garden basin is not secured. A travel cot and high chair are available. One car can park on the property; bicycles can be stored in the garage.
