House rules
No smoking. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 every day. Check-out is before 10:00. Arrival outside the stated office hours is included. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold. Cancellation charges depend on the time before check-in: 0% from booking until 29 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment from 28 to 8 days before check-in, and 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in through check-in; no-show is charged at 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The Maierl or Fleckalmbahn gondolas are a 7-minute drive away. The town centre, shops, bus station and a restaurant are each listed as 1 km away. Snow chains may be required in winter.
