The house

The 132 m² apartment has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plus a single sofa bed in the common space. It has one bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower. The open-plan kitchen and living area has modern appliances including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a flat-screen cable TV and a large pull-out sofa. Facilities include a sauna, garden, terrace, garden furniture, mountain and garden views, three TVs, satellite TV, central heating, Wi-Fi and two parking spaces: one carport space and one uncovered space in front of the house.

The Maierl or Fleckalmbahn gondolas are a 7-minute drive away, and the centre of Kirchberg is even closer. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €260 per booking, and a refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold.
