Chalet Modern Life T5 is a 1st-floor apartment with three bedrooms, each with a queen-size box-spring double bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and access to the patio. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and capsule coffee machine, a living room with cable TV, Netflix and stereo, and an additional guest WC. A large patio and garden have outdoor furniture and panoramic views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, a sauna, lift access, two underground parking spaces, a heated ski room with private ski and boot lockers, and shared mountain-bike storage. Kirchberg's Badesee is a short walk away and the town centre is also a short walk away. The Maierlbahn gondola is a few minutes' drive away; skiing back to the apartment is possible when snow conditions permit.
