House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day and check-out is before 10:00. No smoking. Groups of young people up to 23 years are not accepted. Animals are admitted except dangerous animals; the page specifies a limit of 25 kg. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is collected by credit-card hold and is payable on arrival. Cancellation charges are 0% from booking until 29 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment from 28 to 8 days before check-in, and 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in through check-in and for no-show.
Getting there
Kirchberg's Badesee is a short walk away and the town centre is also a short walk away. The Maierlbahn gondola is a few minutes' drive away; skiing back to the apartment is possible when snow conditions permit. Distances shown include Badesee Kirchberg at 400 m, Kirchberg centre at 700 m, MPreis Dorfstraße at 700 m, Bahnhof Kirchberg at 1.1 km and Talstation KitzSki Maierlbahn at 1.3 km. Two underground parking spaces are provided.
