House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 23 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00; check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is held by credit card and is payable on arrival. Final cleaning costs €245 per booking. Bed linen costs €10 per person and towels cost €10 per person. A cot or crib is available for €15 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Arrival outside the stated office hours and express self check-in are listed as included services.
Getting there
The Maierlbahn Gondola is a few minutes' drive away. Kirchberg's Badesee is 400 m away and Kirchberg centre is 700 m away. The accommodation is described as having a short walk to both the Badesee and town centre. A ski slope is listed at 1.3 km, and skiing back to the chalet is possible when snow conditions permit.
