The house

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size box-spring double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and a smart TV. The living room has cable TV, Netflix and a stereo. The modern kitchen includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a wine cooler, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is an additional guest WC, a large patio or balcony with panoramic views, three TVs in total, satellite TV, a hair dryer, garden furniture, central heating and a lift.

Free Wi-Fi, two underground parking spaces, a heated ski room with private ski and boot lockers, shared mountain-bike storage and bicycle parking are available. The accommodation has step-free access and is in the same building as the garage and car park. The Maierlbahn Gondola is a few minutes' drive away; skiing back to the chalet is possible when snow conditions permit. Kirchberg's Badesee and the town centre are described as a short walk away.
