House rules

Maximum occupancy is seven people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome; animal details must be submitted by text message or email when booking. Non-refundable pet fees are $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for rental, added after approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Town is accessible on foot, and ski shuttle service is available. Parking is limited to two cars. Peak-season activity around the building and occasional nearby summer construction may cause noise or disruption; contact the team for current construction updates. No hot tub is available.
