The house

Chair Three at Granita accommodates up to seven guests in 1,603 square feet, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main and guest bedrooms each have a king bed, and the third bedroom has a Captain Bunk. Private balconies overlook Sunset Plaza and the mountains. Restaurants and pubs are just outside, and town is accessible on foot. Ski shuttle service is available. Ski-in/ski-out access to several lifts depends on snow, weather and resort operations.

The condo has a private living room, dining table, television, games, desk/workspace and printer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, spices, toaster, standard drip coffee maker and tea kettle. A grill, washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. The building has an elevator, and free parking and a garage are available, with a maximum of two cars. There is no hot tub.

Summer Wednesday-night concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed from the deck. The central location brings activity around the building during peak seasons, and nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Longer stays are allowed.
