Its open layout has natural light, an island kitchen with appliances and a small breakfast table, and a dining table seating six. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, with Sonos speakers throughout. The lower level includes a gym with a stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat, plus a pool table and media area.
Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, a freestanding hot tub, a barbecue area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, multiple sitting areas, a balcony and an uncovered deck/patio. An upper-level deck offers privacy and views of the surrounding area.
The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a bedroom with two double/full beds and a full ensuite bathroom, and another queen bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and sitting areas. One bedroom has a desk and monitor.
