House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are optional, subject to availability from the night before, and cost extra; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
The nearest tram stop is 200 m away on Swanston Street. Melbourne Airport is 25 minutes away by car. There is no onsite parking; nearby parking options at Russell Street and Lonsdale Street are paid.
