The house

The apartment has an open living area with a five-seat couch, coffee table, rug, wooden flooring, large windows and a smart TV with streaming using your own login. Dining includes countertop seating. A desk is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, mattress protector, blackout blinds and pillows. Bedroom 1 is compact, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are larger. Two bedrooms are missing bedside tables and lamps. Portable fans and heaters are provided; air conditioning is a portable unit in the living room only. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and towels are provided.

The kitchen has a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, utensils and a large fridge with freezer that needs defrosting. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hairdryer. A communal coin laundry on Level 3, on the same level as the apartment, has a washer and dryer; an iron and ironing board are available. Guests can use the ground-floor gaming room.

Self-check-in is available with onsite key collection. There are no stairs into the building or inside the apartment, and step-free access and wheelchair accessibility are advertised. A small welcome amenity pack is provided. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and extended stays are allowed. The State Library and Melbourne Central are nearby.
