House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Smoking is prohibited. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and an additional charge; guaranteed early or late access requires reserving the preceding or following night, respectively. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Booking protection through Travel Support includes lost-baggage and emergency-medical-expense coverage with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
Key collection is off-site, 2 km from the apartment, and available 24/7. One on-site car space is available. A light rail stop on Northbourne Avenue is a 5-minute walk away. Lonsdale Street Food Precinct is a 1-minute walk (10 m) away; Canberra Centre and Haig Park Village Markets are each a 6-minute walk (500 m) away. Canberra’s CBD is approximately a 4-minute drive away, and Canberra Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
