The house

The apartment has an open-plan living area, a bedroom with one queen bed, a main bathroom and a private balcony with outdoor seating. The living room includes a couch, armchair, coffee table, free-to-air TV and a six-seat dining table. Hotel-style linen is provided with a three-sheet setup.

The kitchen has an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses and a two-seat countertop island. A washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating are available. Guests have access to a communal rooftop terrace lounge and BBQ area.
