Living and dining areas open toward the pool. Outdoor facilities include an infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, covered dining area and a rancho with a round dining table. An elevator serves all floors. The home also has a gym or spa room and a separate one-bedroom ocean-view guest apartment.
The ocean-level family suite includes a full kitchen, breakfast bar, media lounge, shaded outdoor lounge areas and a flex room with a pool table and queen Murphy bed.
