The furnished villa has 7,962 square feet of space, an open contemporary layout, an interior garden courtyard, oceanfront balconies and terraces, and views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains. Living and dining areas open toward the pool. Outdoor facilities include an infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, covered dining area and a rancho with a round dining table. An elevator serves all floors. The home also has a gym or spa room and a separate one-bedroom ocean-view guest apartment.
