The house

The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with additional sleeping accommodation in a guest cottage. The light-filled open layout connects the living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a back deck for outdoor dining.

Facilities include a hot tub, bathroom sauna, game room and a gym in the converted garage. Outdoors, the deck has a charcoal barbecue and several seating areas. A hammock, badminton and cornhole provide additional outdoor recreation. Heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

All four sleeping rooms are on the first/main floor. The main-house bedrooms contain a king bed, a double/full bed and a bunk bed respectively; the guest cottage has a queen bed. The king bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two main-house bedrooms have air conditioning, and the bunk room has a closet. The two main-house bathrooms include one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination.

The property is surrounded by nature, minutes from valleys, mountain trails and waterfalls. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
