Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Bookings are based on double occupancy per bedroom and require final owner confirmation. An 18% service fee and separate Casa de Campo resort fees apply. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Resort registration is required before arrival, including guest names and passport numbers. Each registered guest receives a Casa de Campo ID card for the stay. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 receive complimentary access. Designated golf, beach, pool, tennis, equestrian, shooting, spa, fitness, towel, chaise lounge and medical center services are subject to resort policies and availability.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 2.3 miles away, the Marina is 1.6 miles away and Altos de Chavon is 0.8 miles away. The Tennis Center is 2.2 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.8 miles away; the Shooting Center is 3.3 miles away. The villa spans two levels. Staff quarters are reserved for the villa team.
