The house

The villa spans two levels and has a wrap-around veranda accessible from every bedroom. A high-ceilinged living area, formal dining room and separate sitting area connect with an open terrace offering casual dining, outdoor seating and a barbecue area.

The principal-level kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. A lower-level service kitchen supports the included housekeeper, cook and waiter. Two staff quarters with bathrooms are reserved for the villa team.

Each guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedrooms and Guest Bedroom 3 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 4–6 have double beds. Primary Bedroom 1 has an outdoor terrace with a private jacuzzi, and Primary Bedroom 2 has an indoor jacuzzi.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, private yard, trampoline, volleyball area and picnic tables. The lower-level living and game room includes a television, billiards, ping pong and an indoor hot tub. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite or cable television, a speaker system, washer, dryer, safe, hot water and free parking. Hair dryers, toiletries, cleaning and laundry detergents, paper products and trash bags are provided.

Casa de Campo is a 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community with Minitas Beach, a marina, Altos de Chavon, golf, tennis, equestrian and shooting facilities, restaurants, spa, wellness and fitness facilities. Resort access requires advance registration and separate fees; designated services are subject to resort policies and availability.
