House rules

No smoking or pets. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival; registration requires names and passport numbers. Registration costs $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 register free. These fees are paid directly to the resort upon arrival. An 18% service fee applies, and the Casa de Campo resort fee is excluded from accommodation rates. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Reservations are subject to final owner confirmation, and rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom.

Getting there

The villa has two stories, with the primary bedroom on the first floor and five suites on the second floor. Minitas Beach is 1.6 miles away; The Marina is 1.8 miles away.
