The house

The ground floor has the primary bedroom, a grand salon, a terrace, and an open guest kitchen beside a formal dining table. Five bedroom suites occupy the second floor, where two family rooms each connect two suites. An additional upstairs living and dining area overlooks the pool and gardens. Pale interiors, arched stonework and artwork complement an easterly breeze.

All six bedrooms have one king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a vaulted ceiling and a balcony. The primary bedroom also has a TV, work desk and outdoor access. Guest bedroom 2 has a seating area; guest bedrooms 3 and 4 have private patios; guest bedroom 5 has a pool or garden outlook. There is also a powder room.

The private pool is surrounded by gardens. Its enclosed, air-conditioned gazebo has another open kitchen, dining area, living space and TV. The main kitchen has a central island and modern appliances; dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, a dish scrubber, paper towels and kitchen basics are provided. A BBQ, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, parking space, hot water, essentials, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system are available. A housekeeper, chef and waiter are included throughout the stay.

Minitas Beach is 1.6 miles away and The Marina is 1.8 miles away. The Tennis Center is 0.8 miles away, Altos de Chavon is 1.5 miles away, the Shooting Center is 2 miles away, and the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.1 miles away. Mandatory resort registration provides access to Minitas Beach, main hotel pools, tennis courts, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, spa, fitness center, golf courses and advance tee times, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Resort registration must be completed before arrival, with registration fees paid directly to the resort on arrival. An 18% service fee applies, and a security deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
