The fully equipped, updated kitchen includes a microwave and refrigerator. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer, laundry facilities, an outdoor shower, a lawn and window coverings.
The home has a peaceful jungle setting close to town, restaurants and amenities. A 4×4 is not required. A staff member greets guests at the villa to provide instructions and assistance.
Occasional wildlife encounters can occur despite a pest-control plan. Weather and falling branches can cause power outages, and the spring-fed local water supply can experience interruptions. The pool maintenance team requires access to the house on maintenance days.
