House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Special events are permitted in 2026 and 2027 with advance arrangements and an additional $8,000 plus tax; the currency is not identified. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system is faulty, or if it makes unusual sounds or moves abnormally; do not attempt repairs. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 11–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
Shad St. Beach Access is across the street from this semi-oceanfront home. Parking is limited to 12 vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
