The house

The home accommodates up to 23 guests in 10 bedrooms, with nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Eight bedrooms have private bathrooms; two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The top floor has a great room with ocean views, a gas fireplace and wraparound decks, plus a kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and island seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes multiple refrigerators, a large pantry, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and utensils.

The ground floor has a theater room, recreation room with a pool table, a sitting area with a daybed, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. Laundry facilities are on the first and second levels. Multiple TVs/DVDs, cable TV, Wi-Fi and central heating and air conditioning are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private seasonal pool, hot tub, open and shaded decks, outdoor furniture, a fenced yard, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. A pool alarm, five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. An elevator serves the home, but steps or thresholds may be required for access.

Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Corolla Village and the shops and restaurants at Timbuck II are within easy driving distance. Parking accommodates 12 vehicles.
