House rules
Complete independent reservation verification before arrival, choosing a refundable deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. Normal check-in ends at 8:30 pm; exceptional arrival until 10 pm requires advance confirmation and a $75 charge.
Getting there
Use an SUV, AWD or 4x4: smaller cars will not reach the home. Normal check-in must finish by 8:30 pm. Preapproved exceptional arrivals may finish by 10 pm with a $75 fee. Independent guest verification and a deposit or damage-waiver choice must be completed before the stay.
