What must I complete before arrival?
The manager uses an independent reservation-verification process and contacts guests by email or text. Complete it before check-in. Guests choose between a refundable deposit and a non-refundable damage waiver; failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
What are the arrival restrictions?
Normal check-in must finish by 8:30 pm. Exceptional check-in until 10 pm requires advance confirmation and an additional $75 charge.
What vehicle is required?
Use an SUV, AWD or 4x4. The source states that smaller cars will not reach the home; the manager can arrange private transport.
Is the home shared?
No. The property and pool are exclusively for guests. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
What supplies and family extras are available?
Starter supplies include coffee, cooking essentials, cleaning products, laundry detergent, toiletries and paper products; guests purchase additional supplies when needed. A travel cot can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours' notice.
