The refurbished and expanded main house accommodates up to 16 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, with 7.5 bathrooms in total. This reservation covers the main house only; the separate two-bedroom guest house is not included. Four bedrooms have king beds, one has two bunk beds with queen lower beds and single upper beds, and the sixth has a double Murphy bed. The bunk room accommodates up to six children or adolescents. Select suites have outdoor soaking tubs.
An open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling folding doors opening onto an ocean-facing terrace. The home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a billiards and games room, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, an ocean-view hot tub and a fire pit.
A wellness center beneath the games room includes a yoga and meditation space, sauna, steam room and cold plunge facilities. A large solar energy system and full backup generator support power, air conditioning, internet and other amenities during regional power outages.
