Maximum occupancy is five guests: three base guests plus two additional guests at an extra charge. Extra beds may not be prepared or available unless the additional guests have been paid for. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The optional extra-bed charge is €15 per night. Mandatory final cleaning costs €70 per stay. A damage deposit of EUR 150 applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
