The house

The house has two furnished terraces and access to a large communal garden, with neighbours nearby. The ground floor contains a living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, a fully equipped induction kitchen, a washing machine and a guest toilet. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a fan. A shared full bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. Towels and a hair dryer are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.

The house accommodates up to five guests, comprising three base guests and two additional guests subject to extra charges. Extra beds may not be prepared or available unless the additional guests have been paid for. No cot or high chair is available. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at €70 per stay, and an optional extra bed costs €15 per night. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the house tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.
