Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
Getting there
The Necropoli Grotticelle Street entrance is exclusively pedestrian: cars cannot stop or park there. The Sebastiano Agati Street entrance leads to a driveway gate where luggage can be loaded and unloaded. The apartment can be entered from the garden via a few steps or a ramp. Syracuse train station is a ten-minute drive away; Catania airport is an hour's drive away.
