The furnished private garden leads into the apartment via a few steps or a ramp. The open-plan living area has garden views, a double sofa bed, a smart TV and a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
The triple bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower enclosure and bidet; a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning and heating extend throughout the apartment. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
A second apartment under the same ownership is adjacent to Casa Mimmo. Casa Mimmo has two entrances: a pedestrian entrance on Necropoli Grotticelle Street and an entrance on Sebastiano Agati Street with access to a driveway gate for loading and unloading luggage. Syracuse train station is a ten-minute drive away, and Catania airport is an hour's drive away.
