Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Lighting fires is prohibited outside the house and in the surrounding forest area; an electric barbecue is provided. Remove all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

The house is in a secluded mountain and forest setting, 4 km from Felanitx. Platja de S'Arenal in Portocolom is 11.2 km away; nearby coves and beaches are within a 16 km radius. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
