The house

The house is arranged over one floor. The rustic living-dining room has satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The equipped gas kitchen includes cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies.

Outside, there is a furnished porch, a pool terrace, four sun loungers and a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, with depths from 1.20 to 2 metres. An electric barbecue is provided. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

The house has a secluded forest setting with road connections to nearby attractions, coves and beaches within a 16 km radius. Felanitx, with public and commercial services, is 4 km away. Platja de S'Arenal in Portocolom is 11.2 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 49.2 km away; Vall d'Or Golf in S'Horta is 7.3 km away. Manacor train station is 16.4 km away, Camí Son Suau bus stop is 4 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 54.6 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 18.1 km away.

Pets and events are not permitted. Lighting fires is prohibited outside the house and in the surrounding forest area. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over, from €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
