Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
Bedrooms are accessed from the exterior porch beside the pool. The property is fenced and has neighbours nearby. Andratx town is 300 m away, Camp de Mar beach is 4.6 km away, Golf d’Andratx is 3.8 km away and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 39 km away. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
