The house

The house has a rustic, traditional interior arranged on one floor. The living-dining room has satellite TV and a fireplace. The fully equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave, and the laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The three bedrooms are accessed from the exterior porch beside the pool. Two have one double bed each, and the third has two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Outside are a terrace, glazed porch and barbecue. The private pool measures 7 × 4 m and is 1.40–1.80 m deep. The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Andratx has supermarkets, bars and restaurants and provides access to cycling and hiking routes in the Serra de Tramuntana. Camp de Mar beach is 4.6 km away; Sant Elm and Cala Fonoll are also nearby beaches.
