The ground floor has an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV and an integrated kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, coffee machine and crockery. A high chair is available.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor, each with one double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning, with the possibility of adding a crib. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower and bidet; the first-floor bathroom has a bathtub. A laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outdoor spaces include a ground-floor patio for outdoor meals and a top-floor solarium terrace with sun loungers. A billiard table is at the end of the patio, and a foosball table is in a room beside the top-floor terrace. There is no swimming pool.
Binissalem is an inland wine-growing town on the DO Binissalem wine route, with wineries, vineyard walks, a historic centre and the Church of Nostra Senyora de Robines. The Serra de Tramuntana offers excursion opportunities, while Alcúdia and Playa de Muro can be reached by car. Recycling facilities, water-saving fittings, towel reuse and solar energy are available.
