House rules
No smoking or pets. A strict no-party policy applies, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Treat the property respectfully. Keep the pool cover on when the pool is not in use. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak periods may have mandatory arrival-day requirements. Refunds for bookings affected by Covid lockdowns require verification of the guest's address and lockdown circumstances. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
Getting there
Sandy Gully Beach is 950 m away; Urquhart Bluff Beach is a five-minute drive. The general store and post office are a five-minute walk away. The home spans the ground, first and second floors and has a disability lift. Parking accommodates three cars off street and two in the garage.
