The house

The home has floor-to-ceiling windows, large alfresco entertaining areas, an outdoor BBQ setting, two fully equipped kitchens and two Nespresso pod coffee machines. Climate control runs throughout, and every bedroom has a television. Linen and a welcome hamper are provided.

Bedrooms span the first and second floors. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have king beds and ensuite bathrooms; Bedroom 2 has a king bed and courtyard access; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed; and Bedroom 6 has a king bed. The theatre room has a fold-out sofa. There are two bathrooms on each of the upper floors, including the ensuites, and a ground-floor bathroom with a steam shower, separate toilet and vanity. The second-floor ensuite includes a bath.

Ground-floor facilities include a changing room, sauna, theatre room and fully equipped gym. Other facilities include a built-in trampoline, basketball mini court, e-bikes, kayaks, two fireplaces, a disability lift and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Free parking accommodates three cars off street and two in the garage.

The private pool and spa are heated year-round but share a single heating system, so only one can be heated at a time. Private catering is available on request. The holiday home is professionally managed with 24/7 support from a local team.
