The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited; a penalty of up to 2,000 euros may apply for non-compliance. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55 euros per guest per night in low season and 2.2 euros per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
