The house

The villa is 20 metres from Platges de Muro beach in a residential area with nearby neighbours. Its garden surrounds a private saltwater pool measuring 7 × 3 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres. Three furnished porches provide seating and dining areas, with a barbecue, outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool.

The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, Smart TV and satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are a second living room and five bedrooms: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom with a shower serves the upper floor. Both living rooms, the kitchen and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair are available. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Platges de Muro has fine white sand and shallow waters. The surrounding area borders S’Albufera Natural Park, with walking and birdwatching opportunities, and offers restaurants, beach bars, paddleboarding, windsurfing and boat trips.
