The house

The home accommodates six guests and has three beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Its open-concept layout includes three bedrooms, each with its own storage space. Guests have full access to the property and its amenities.

The outdoor living area includes a private pool, a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a small refrigerator, and a second dining area overlooking the pool. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, outdoor shower, lawn, and window coverings. The property is gated with security at the entrance.

The home is minutes from Marino Ballena National Park, Uvita Beach, dining, and local attractions. A 4×4 is not required for access. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur in this mountain setting.
