House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00; no loud music, gatherings or noise during these hours. Visitors and outside guests require advance host approval. Parties and events require written host approval before the stay. Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host before arrival. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, not inside. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Do not move or rearrange furniture. No indoor open flames or candles. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Report damage or maintenance issues immediately. Lock doors and windows when leaving. Turn off AC and heating when leaving the property, and switch off lights and fans when leaving rooms. Conserve water and do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Before departure, wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean, place used towels and linens in the bathroom, and dispose of trash in designated bins. Cancellation policy: full refund when cancelling at least 30 days before check-in, or within 48 hours of booking when check-in is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund applies between 7 and 30 days before check-in; no refund applies less than 7 days before check-in.

Centro San Miguel de Allende is a five-minute walk away. The estate spans three levels. The exact address is shared after booking.
