The house

The estate spans three levels on a double lot stretching between two streets. Colonial architectural features include high ceilings, terraces, balconies and large windows. The main living room has two French doors opening onto the main terrace and garden.

The main house has three ensuite bedrooms and an additional guest bathroom off the living area. The separate casita has three further bedrooms, including twin and double-bed configurations, two full bathrooms with showers and a sitting area. Together, the house and casita accommodate up to 10 guests, with six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Outdoor spaces include a large main garden, two smaller gardens, three fountains, a private garden-view terrace, a fire pit and outdoor dining areas. Indoors are a media room, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer are available. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven/stove, blender and coffee maker. A television, bathtub, bed linens, ceiling fan, clothing storage, body soap and carbon monoxide detector are provided. A crib is available, and the home is advertised as child-friendly.
