Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable to the owner on arrival. Final cleaning is mandatory at 100€/stay. An extra cot is optional at 5€/night. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
