The house

The house has a ground-floor open-plan living and dining area with television, satellite channels and DVD player, a separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, and a guest toilet. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A high chair is available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Two first-floor bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobes; the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are two full bathrooms with showers, plus the guest toilet. All bedrooms have oil-fired heating. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, safe and cot are available. Wi-Fi is free.

The private chlorine-treated pool measures 5.5 × 3.5 m and is 1.20–1.70 m deep, with an outdoor shower. Outdoor spaces include furnished terraces, a covered porch, sun loungers, parasols and a built-in barbecue. The enclosed garden combines paved areas and lawn.

Cala Ferrera beach is 1 km away and Cala Gran is 1.2 km away. The house has good road connections and access to town. Porto Petro and Cala Ferrera are nearby; Porto Colom, Cala Marçal and Mondragó Natural Park are within an 11 km radius. A supermarket, bank, pharmacy and bar are 0.5 km away, and the Avda Cala d'Or bus stop is 0.45 km away. Palma airport is 59.6 km away.
