The villa has living and dining areas, a separate studio with a large LCD TV, and a terrace dining table seating eight. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a private terrace; a separate powder room serves the shared living areas.
Outdoor facilities include a private pool, poolside Jacuzzi, gazebo with a bar, sun deck, outdoor seating, garden views, speaker system, trampoline and swing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils; an outdoor grill is also available. Kitchen basics, cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry detergent are provided.
A housekeeper/cook and gardener are included. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, a safe, washer and dryer, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and free parking.
