Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of each guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 175€/stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
